VR players should be at least five years of age to enjoy the most incredible experience. An adult must accompany anyone under the age of eight.

Yes, of course! We have a huge variety of multiplayer games and VR escape rooms for you and your friends to play and enjoy, giving the opportunity for completely new team building experiences, or just to wind down after a hectic morning travelling to the airport.

Depending on what experience you select, a session can last between 10-45 minutes, though this can vary based on how quickly you get set up in the virtual reality equipment.

Just like most VR headsets, you can wear glasses while playing all of our games and experiencing all of our escape rooms. However, glasses can potentially feel uncomfortable with the headset in place depending on the glasses size and profile, so we recommend you wear contact lenses instead to improve the quality of your play experience.

Yes, provided the number of players does not exceed the room's capacity.

Unfortunately our current library of virtual reality games only offer the option to be played by two or more players. We also accommodate mixed groups from different parties to fill the occupancy of the room and allow solo travellers the opportunity to play.

Changing your booking is free of charge if you decide to do so at least 7 days in advance. Changing the booking with less than seven days' notice will result in a charge of the total amount of your booking.

Unfortunately there is no storage available for food and drink – we do however have small lockable cabinets for any of your small bags.
